Products I Recommend for Restful Nights

I want to share some (more affordable) items that have been helpful to my clients and my own children over the years.

These products won’t magically fix sleep on their own,

but they will help create the calm, supportive environment

that can set your nights up for success!

Some Basics:

basic sound machine.png

This is great for traveling or for at home use if you want something very basic. You don't even need to use the light, as young babies sleep best without one. This one also has 3 brown noise options, which is the best sound option for baby sleep!

This is a great option for a sound machine with a built in dimmable light that can be programmed to change at an appropriate "wake time" for your child, with lots of options for color and sound type.

baby monitor.png

This baby monitor is great for keeping your eye on one (or two) children- You can watch both at the same time! It does not use wifi, can zoom in on baby, and also supports 150 different languages.

For Travel:

This is great to use over a pack-n-play to create a dark, private space for your child to sleep during the day or night. This could be used while travelling, or even while room sharing at home!

travel bed pic.png

This bed is so easy to take anywhere- and comfortable for toddlers! It comes with a pump and carrying bag too. The mattress is the size of a crib, so save those crib sheets!

curtains.png

This blackout window curtain has suction cups to effortlessly stick to any window- even on the go!  This can easily be packed in a bag for a quick trip, or used at home for longer periods of time.

For Newborns:

swaddles.png

These swaddles are very easy to use with the adjustable velcro , and it's great to have a 3-pack (so a clean one is always available). You can choose different colors and sizes here, but remember- swaddles can only be used before babies can roll!

portable sound machine.png

This portable sound machine has 6 different white noise sounds, and other sounds as well! It can last all night and into the next day on one charge, and can attach anywhere you need!

newborn swaddle pic.png

This popular swaddle is great for newborns who want a little more fredom, but it will still help calm the startle reflex! It comes in different sizes and patterns for your preference. Remember- if your baby shows signs of rolling, swaddles are done!

For Infants:

These sleep sacks are a great substitute for a blanket for infants who can roll, but can't sleep with loose bedding yet. They come in a 3-pack, with tons of color options!

red light pic.png

As infants get older, they may want a night light in the room- toddlers as well! A dim red light is great for satisfying their request and working to not disrupt night sleep as well.

long sleeve sleep sack.png

If you're looking for something to keep your baby extra warm during cold months or a chilled AC room in the summer, this could be a good option for you! Various sizes and colors as well!

For Toddlers:

This is an awesome visual for toddlers! They can easily "check off" each bedtime routine item as they complete it, so they feel more in control and motivated to finish each task, making bedtime easier!

ok to wake.png

This adorable clock is an easy way to help toddlers learn to wait for their clock to "wake" for the day. It can also be used to help with naps or quiet time in their room.

zipper bedding.png

This can be very comforting for children who like their bedding a certain way. It keeps their blanket on them, without any bunching or falling off during the night- and comes in many different patterns and sizes- toddler bed, twin, or full!
